About Us:

As we continue to expand our presence in Thailand, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chief Accounting Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal to ensuring the financial integrity and administrative efficiency of our operations in the region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Management: Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate and timely financial records are maintained in compliance with company policies and local regulations.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions as needed.

  • Administrative Oversight: Manage administrative functions, including HR, procurement, and general office management. Ensure that all administrative activities comply with company standards and Thai laws.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance and provide insights to improve financial planning and cost management.

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all accounting and administrative activities comply with Thai regulations and company policies. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risks.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting and administrative teams, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Support professional development and training initiatives within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in accounting management, with a strong focus on financial reporting, compliance, and administrative functions. Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is highly desirable.

  • Bilingual: Proficient in both Thai and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional qualification (e.g., CPA) is preferred.

  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with a successful track record of managing teams and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

We are looking for an individual who is bilingual in French and English, possesses a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and has a proven track record in marketing restaurants and bars.

 

Responsibilities:

  •         Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

    • Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote our restaurants and bars, aligning with overall business objectives.

    • Utilize both online and offline channels to maximize reach and impact.

  •         Brand Positioning and Messaging:

    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials.

    • Develop and maintain a strong brand image for each restaurant within the group.

  •         Digital Marketing:

    • Oversee the digital presence of our restaurants, including website content, social media, and online advertising.

    • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.

  •         Event Planning and Execution:
